Meeting or event experience you’ll never forget: Putting together the perfect event for a client that was completely out of the box for her group. She was able to talk her client into something unique and it was a huge hit. Guests said it was the best event ever!

The one New Orleans secret I’m willing to share… New Orleans is like an island – we are surrounded by the Mississippi River and two saltwater lakes. We are sometimes called the northern-most city in the Caribbean, and we fully embrace the island vibes.

Desiré, a proud native New Orleanian, has over 25 years of experience in the events and culinary industry. With a Bachelor of Science in nutrition and chemistry along with a certification in culinary arts restaurant management from The Culinary Institute, Desiré has been the keen architect of a successful and well-respected career. Serving in the roles of sous chef, personal chef, event planner of the motion picture and television industry, and restaurant and catering owner, Desiré’s passion for the industry has few boundaries. Her most recent endeavor has brought her to the Hosts New Orleans production team where she has orchestrated extraordinary technical and creative events for the corporate and association markets. Hosts New Orleans is delighted to benefit from her impressive resume of experience.
