See the forest and the trees

5,000 airport arrivals without flight details may sound like a recipe for chaos. For Maple Ridge Events, it’s business as usual. They worked closely with their hotel partners and leveraged their knowledge of flight patterns into Nashville to coordinate an extremely robust transportation program.

Make the ordinary extraordinary

Sure, attendees knew music would be a special part of their Nashville experience. But they weren’t expecting the mega-talented local singers and songwriters Maple Ridge arranged to grace even small, uneventful moments, such as waiting in the conference registration line, or eating in the exhibit hall. The result? Endless toe-tapping, amped up energy and elevated moods throughout the day.

Leave behind a lasting impact in Nashville

Cardinal Health was keen on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and giving back to Nashville in multiple ways. Throughout the conference, Maple Ridge Events arranged the client’s monetary contributions and donations of wellness products to several local organizations, such as Noah’s Ark Society Pet Rescue, Shower the People, and the Nashville Diaper Connection.  They also replanted 500 botanical centerpieces after the event.

Knock their cowboy boots off

To cap off the conference, Maple Ridge Events produced a Customer Appreciation Night like only Nashville can, with an unbelievable music festival complete with multiple stages, simultaneous performances, full buffets and bars. The showstopper of the night:  When Martina McBride and Clint Black took to the stage to play a private concert for the attendees at the Grand Ole Opry.

Keep kids (and kids at heart) entertained

To keep attendees’ children entertained for three hours during the big Customer Appreciation Night, our DMC coordinated interactive fun stations, where they crafted their own guitar pick necklaces, learned how to play instruments in the ‘musical petting zoo’ and even recorded their own songs in a real recording booth.

Impact

Practically flawless coordination and logistics, plus our relationships in Nashville, all accumulated into details and programs that surpassed our client’s expectations. Attendees returned home with a more robust network after establishing relationships with fellow pharmacists from around the country. Plus, they were able get inspired by the best of Nashville, while stocking up on the latest trends and education to help boost their pharmacy businesses for years to come.
